Job Summary



The Accounting Specialist II, Customer Service contributes to our success by performing exemplary customer service skills, communication, and problem-solving activities and a variety of analytical accounting duties. Reconciles vendor account, works collaboratively and cross functionally across the procure to pay track to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and payment to suppliers.

AP background in customer service skills and problem solving with 2 years accounting experience (Familiar with electronic 3 & 2- Way PO match). large ERP system experience, Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

The Accounting Specialist II for the AP Customer Care day to day main responsibilities:
* AP Customer Care Email Inquiries
* Holds Management/Resolution
* Statements Reconciliations

* AP Customer Care Email Inquiries
* Holds Management/Resolution
* Statements Reconciliations
* Answers and resolves all internal and external customer queries relating to invoice, payment, and reconciliation of holds or exceptions.
* Maintains master files and initiates various processes.
* Verifies invoice information to company and government requirements.
* May prepares invoices for payment including matching invoices to receipts and purchase orders and ensuring proper authorization for payment.
* Provides analysis on all exceptions and proactively communicates and resolves exceptions
* Run/Monitor error and exception reports
* Resolves accounting questions and issues. Researches and responds to internal and external customer inquiries.
* Verifies accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received and AP accounting reported.
* Includes records creation, managing disbursements data, audit responses, expenses and other payments.
* Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
