Job Summary

Prominent Banking and Finance Company in Downtown San Francisco is seeking a Business Initiatives Consultant to join their team.

Responsible for planning and executing a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Examples might include, but are not limited to:
  • process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership/diversity/recognition/Q12 or general program oversight.
  • Responsible for the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners.
  • Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience of working within teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cost benefit analysis skills
  • Ability to "connect the dots" across multiple business requirements.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills with proven ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas and identifying trends, opportunities and gaps in the business.
  • Displays business process and technology leadership skills and experience associated with complex change initiatives
  • Proven success using quantitative techniques to turn data into actionable imperatives
  • Advanced knowledge of organizational procedures, operations and applicable compliance rules and regulations
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques and possess critical thinking skills
  • Experience influencing business leaders on the cost and benefit of changes.
