Job Description:
Call center environment fielding calls from shareholders and stakeholders regarding 401K, mutual funds, and other financial services offered by The Bank to explain dynamics of the different services/account types offered.

Types of calls:
The nature of the calls can be anything from password resets to reallocating funds within the account, linking their account to an existing checking/savings account with an external bank and other regular banking activities.

The focus in this role is quality, not quantity. This is not a "high volume" call center, but rather a center for assisting new and current banking customers. They will field a lot of calls (40-60/day), but the focus is on first call resolution.
