Chad Koele serves as the president of Aston Carter. A proven and accomplished leader, Chad joined the Allegis Group organization in 1993 and has held multiple roles in operations and sales throughout his career. In his role as president of Aston Carter, Koele leads the company’s global growth, strategic development, and financial performance.
Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Chad is a member of CEO Action and prioritizes efforts to foster an environment where all employees experience opportunity and growth.
Emily Cordery is director of business operations of Aston Carter EMEA. She is responsible for the operational and strategic growth of the business.
Emily joined Aston Carter in 2007 and held a number of sales and client account management positions. Following the acquisition of Aston Carter by Allegis Group in 2011, Emily led the expansion of the business into consulting services and has held a number of leadership positions including director of client strategy.
Emily also served as director of our consulting services, where she was responsible for establishing the UK solutions and delivery function in response to client demands for regulatory transformation, risk and compliance solutions.
Emily is passionate about supporting our clients and teams through times of change, and creating opportunity for our people, consultants and contractors. She is a founding member of Aston Carter’s Inclusion & Diversity committee and a champion for driving positive change.
Andrew Williams is chief financial officer for Allegis Group EMEA. He oversees the growth of Allegis Group brands throughout EMEA, including Aston Carter and its strategic expansion into services. He is also responsible for the Corporate Services arm of our business, which provides back office, operational, commercial and legal support across eight countries.
Andrew joined Allegis Group in 2015 as director of financial operations, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained from market-leading organisations, including Deloitte, Morgan Stanley and British Gas. He is passionate about people development and creating opportunity for our people, candidates and clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa and is a registered chartered accountant through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Stuart Hurwitz is vice president of operations. Under Stuart’s leadership, the Operations Team is responsible for evolving the customer experience and employee experience, and continuously improving performance and sales processes.
He joined Aston Carter in 1998 and swiftly progressed into leadership positions. During his time as international sales director, Stuart was responsible for building Aston Carter’s London contract business. He later developed its European and Asian operating companies.
Following Allegis Group’s acquisition of Aston Carter in 2011, Stuart became a regional vice president and played a key role in driving the Aston Carter and TEKsystems brands. In 2017, Stuart took over operations for the Allegis Group EMEA business, where he now applies his thorough knowledge of our sales business to improve and drive key operations.
In addition to his background in sales, Stuart has extensive experience in building teams, change management, digital transformation, and embedding a customer-centric focus at all levels of the organisation. He has always been deeply committed to developing and coaching his people to ensure they exceed their targets and reach their full potential. He’s also committed to building leadership succession to ensure continued success.
Stuart holds a BSc in Cognitive Science.
Graham Legge is director of risk and assurance. He supports Aston Carter to ensure that any risk to the client solution and delivery is thoroughly assessed and properly mitigated.
Graham has extensive experience in enterprise risk management and management consulting, dealing with operational, project and strategic risk management in both the private and public sectors. As director of management consulting at KPMG, Graham gained first-hand experience in project oversight and delivery, and he has in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and strategy development within the oil and gas, and financial services industries.
Prior to joining Aston Carter, Graham worked as head of risk and business assurance at leading oil and gas companies.
Graham derived his knowledge from direct experiences in challenging business environments throughout Europe, South America and Africa. He thrives on being able to identify potential threats that could adversely affect a project, and he helps deliver solution that maximises opportunity.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Leicester.
Oliver Wilkinson is director of communications and marketing.
Oliver joined Aston Carter in 2002 and led the growth of the Management Consulting Team in London. The team became the largest dedicated consultancy staffing business in the UK, winning numerous industry awards as a result.
In 2014, Oliver moved away from the Management Consulting Team to grow the newly established Organisational Development Team, with a focus on professional development and driving change across sales initiatives.
With over 20 years of staffing and services experience, Oliver uses his knowledge to improve the business and ensure Aston Carter meets its customers' expectations.
Oliver holds a degree from Oxford Brookes University.
Shelly Askew is deputy global counsel and has played an integral part in leading the Legal Team that supports all Allegis Group brands and companies throughout EMEA, including Aston Carter. The team ensures Allegis Group operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate.
Shelly has 30 years of experience as a lawyer, and 23 general counsels. She originally qualified in private practice as a corporate and commercial lawyer and has since worked in a broad range of industries, including media, telecommunication, IT, software and recruitment. As a business and strategy advisor, Shelly develops and manages teams, legal functions, and, risk and compliance initiatives.
With her vast experience providing legal counsel across EMEA, APAC and South America, Shelly has extensive knowledge of the legal frameworks and regulatory nuances involved in conducting business in multiple countries.
In her early years, Shelly completed a law degree at the University of Warwick before taking her final legal exams at the College of law in Guildford.
Jenny Clark-Whittle is director of human resources. She’s responsible for ensuring our people strategy is aligned and successfully supports Aston Carter’s strategic initiatives. Under Jenny’s leadership, the Human Resources Team increases and monitors employee engagement, embeds a high-performance culture, and proactively supports the wellbeing of employees.
Jenny joined Aston Carter in November 2015 as human resources business partner for the Corporate Services & Operations business and progressed to become director of human resources in February 2019 with full accountability for the HR Team and HR Operations across the EMEA region.
From previous experience in the engineering, automotive and finance sectors Jenny brings experience in strategic business partnering, organisational design, management development, reward and recognition, performance management and resourcing.
Jenny holds a BSc (Hons) Management Studies degree from the University of Leeds.
