Emily Cordery is director of business operations of Aston Carter EMEA. She is responsible for the operational and strategic growth of the business.
Emily joined Aston Carter in 2007 and held a number of sales and client account management positions. Following the acquisition of Aston Carter by Allegis Group in 2011, Emily led the expansion of the business into consulting services and has held a number of leadership positions including director of client strategy.
Emily also served as director of our consulting services, where she was responsible for establishing the UK solutions and delivery function in response to client demands for regulatory transformation, risk and compliance solutions.
Emily is passionate about supporting our clients and teams through times of change, and creating opportunity for our people, consultants and contractors. She is a founding member of Aston Carter’s Inclusion & Diversity committee and a champion for driving positive change.
Harry Agent is director of sales and client strategy of Aston Carter EMEA. Harry is responsible for the client strategy programme and the national sales strategy for our consulting services. In his role, he is focused on shaping the way Aston Carter approaches new and existing client partnerships as well as supporting its sales teams to create innovative, forward-looking solutions to help solve today’s workforce challenges.
Harry joined Aston Carter in 2009 and has since held a number of positions within sales and leadership, before taking on his current position in 2017. Throughout his career, Harry has focused on solving clients’ business challenges and specialises in business transformation and compliance.
Through strong client partnerships and a commitment to delivering quality solutions, Harry has been able to support his clients in the execution of critical projects. He is passionate about developing his teams, fulfilling commitments and building long-term partnerships with clients by providing first-class customer service.
Sharon Brown is a senior delivery manager for Aston Carter EMEA. She oversees all programmes across the UK and works with several market-leading financial services organisations, where her team is responsible for the successful delivery of their goals using Aston Carter’s exclusive consulting methodology and approach.
Sharon has a broad range of experience leading large-scale financial operational teams within the shared services sector, and she is passionate about building strong teams capable of delivering high-quality results to Aston Carter’s clients. She is qualified in process improvement methodology and risk management, and has built her knowledge delivering operational excellence across fraud, complaints, and risk management. Together with her excellent working knowledge of FCA requirements, Sharon is able to interpret requirements into operational policies and processes.
She has extensive knowledge in financial crime (e.g., anti-money laundering, know your customer and transactional fraud), complaint handling, and managing regulatory risk and compliance. Leveraging her experience in the space, she is able to deliver high-risk remediation programmes and solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Aston Carter, Sharon held senior operations manager and compliance manager positions at several high-profile companies, overseeing global teams providing regulatory guidance during FCA authorisation initiatives.
Sharon holds a degree in leadership and management.
